1. Right of Withdrawal

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Products must not have been used or damaged.

  • Products must be accompanied by the purchase invoice or proof of purchase.

3. Return Procedures

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to order@kazu-madagascar.com, indicating your order number, the products you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Prepare the Package: Securely pack the products in their original packaging and include the purchase invoice.

  3. Ship the Package: Send the package to the address provided by customer service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on our part.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your package. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Rejection: If your refund request is rejected, we will return the product to you at your expense.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Some items cannot be refunded, such as:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Promotional or sale items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Wholesale items, unless otherwise specified.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to wait to receive the package and follow the return procedure.
