1. Delivery Areas
We ship our products both nationally and internationally. Delivery areas include, but are not limited to:

National: Delivery throughout the territory of Madagascar.

International: Delivery to Europe, North America, Asia, Australia, and other regions upon request.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the chosen delivery method:

National: 3 to 7 business days.

International: 7 to 21 business days.
Please note that these times are indicative and may vary depending on logistical conditions and customs formalities.
3. Delivery Times
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of your order, and your location. The shipping fees will be clearly indicated at the time of checkout.
4. Carriers
We work with reliable carriers to ensure the delivery of your orders under the best conditions.
A tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment of your order, allowing you to track your package in real-time.
5. Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 5:30 PM EAT will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 5:30 PM EAT will be processed on the next business day.
6. Delivery Delays
In case of delivery delays, we will inform you as soon as possible and do our utmost to resolve the issue. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to events beyond our control (strikes, weather conditions, customs procedures, etc.).
7. Receiving Orders
Upon receiving your order, please check the condition of your package and immediately report any anomalies or damage to the carrier and our customer service. If no reservations are made within 3 days of receipt, the products will be considered as conforming and accepted.
8. Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, except for wholesale purchases, subject to the following conditions:
